Gain a deep understanding of customer experience, identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth
Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes
Monitor product user journey after the launch and constant optimization
Evaluate promotional plans to ensure that they are consistent with product line strategy and that the message is effectively conveyed
Helping to oversee the design and manufacture and planning of how to market and promote the product to the public
Specifying and overseeing the research needed to determine the needs and desires of customers
Responsible for developing features and creating content that drives the organic growth of our product considering main product KPIs such as retention
Responsible for increasing revenue based on company set targets
Cross functional communication between Business, IT, Operation, Finance and legal divisions
Planning for achievable targets by breaking down companies essential KPIs
To market search, plan and execute the product roadmap through influencing the internal process
Planning, maintain executing and result analysis of marketing plans, campaigns and promotion in contribution of marketing team
Facilitate cross functional teams that include members from Sadad and its partners
Requirements:
BSC in Computer Science, Engineering, MBA in advantage
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in product management with experience in supervising/managing others
Solid technical background with understanding and hands-on experience in software development and web technologies
An eye for UI/UX design and communicating with designers and developers
Strong understanding of data in products and implementing Data-Driven Product Management
Strong understanding of Agile & Scrum methodology
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Highly experience working with Jira
In depth knowledge of analytical concepts
Awareness of payment services aligned with Shaparak and CBI guidelines
Detailed knowledge of systems engineering lifecycle
