شرح موقعیت شغلی

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly analytical and business-oriented FP&A Analyst to join our Strategy Department at Sabaidea Holding. This role will operate at the holding level with a matrix collaboration model, serving all business lines and providing strategic financial insights to support key investment and resource allocation decisions.

The FP&A Analyst will focus on business valuation of platform-based ventures, scenario and sensitivity analysis, cash flow modeling, and producing high-impact analytical reports for strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth valuation analysis of platform-based businesses using various financial models

• Perform scenario planning and sensitivity analysis to support strategic decision-making and resource allocation

• Build and maintain cash flow models to assess financial health and liquidity needs across business lines

• Develop ad-hoc financial analysis and reports to support strategic initiatives, M&A opportunities, and investment decisions

• Prepare and present formal financial reports and valuation summaries to the Board and senior stakeholders

• Collaborate cross-functionally with business line leaders to gather data and build strategic financial models

• Perform market analysis to evaluate market size, trends, competitive positioning, and growth opportunities for business lines

• Monitor industry trends and benchmarks to provide insights on the financial positioning of the group

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of experience in financial roles within investment firms, financial advisory, or corporate finance teams

• Proven track record in valuation of platform-based startups and digital businesses

• Strong expertise in financial modeling, valuation, cash flow analysis, scenario analysis, benchmarking and market analysis.

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (financial modeling) and strong command of Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Word for presenting findings

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and business acumen skills

• Ability to synthesize complex data into clear, actionable insights

• Working proficiency in English (reading and writing)

• Highly self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
