Job description:

We are looking for a “Market Research Analyst” to join the dynamic data team at Filimo. We seek an individual who has a deep passion and curiosity, ready to collaborate as a teammate. You have to possess strong statistical knowledge and be able to conduct with surveys and generate insightful reports. Additionally, you should be able to analyze competitors in various aspects, such as content and platform. Moreover, you should proactively seek new rising platforms and integrate them into your analysis.

Job Prerequisites:

You will perform very well if you have following:

Experience in market research and research methodologies.
Knowledge of Statistics and performing Statistical tests.
Proficient in statistical analysis software and tools such as SPSS or SAS.
Proficiency in Python data analysis libraries like Pandas, Numpy, Matplotlib is a plus.
Excellence in MS tools especially Excel.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Statistics, or a related field at minimum
Experience in the market research, advertising, or consulting industry.
Investigating and analyzing the market situation, identifying opportunities and threats, evaluating competitors and the company's position in the market.
Design and do various surveys to make a clear and precise sight to increase business-level decision making efficiency
Data gathering and processing from primary and secondary sources such as researches, interviews, surveys and ….
Analyzing data and extract insights in order to identify patterns and trends, providing analytical reports and recommendations.
Monitor and analyze market trends and competitive changes, identify new opportunities and threats, and provide suggestions for responding to market changes.
Collaborate with different teams to determine strategies and improve business performance.

** Minimum 2-4 years relevant work experience. **
