Job description:

Here at the Filimo data team, we are looking for a “Senior Data Analyst” who is passionate about data analysis and managing data-based campaigns. Our top candidate is self-driven, creative, and possesses strong critical thinking skills. You will have to work with various distributed types of data and databases, so a foundational understanding of data structures and relational databases is required. Furthermore, having business knowledge is beneficial since it aids in interpreting the reports and insights that you provide.

Requirements:

Communication skills and ability to collaborate with different stakeholders
Knowledge of statistical analysis
Familiar with main business KPIs
Able to use Python for collecting, manipulating, analyzing and visualizing data
Familiarity with Python Data libraries like Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib, seaborn
Familiar with Digital Marketing and Marketing Strategies
Experience in data models and reporting packages

Responsibilities:

Help us set the right goals: Develop clear and measurable targets based on an initiatives’ scope.
Be a strategic partner for Senior Leadership: Driving end to end high complexity analysis on a strategic level in which the business domain is critical to drive overall company success.
Work with cross-functional teams to understand business objectives and data requirements
Designing data monitoring dashboards
Gathering data and preparing meaningful reports for decision makers
Reporting the results back to the relevant members of the Project.
Proactively explore data to develop actionable recommendations and provide new metrics.

You need to:

Communicate with different stakeholders
Be creative and self-motivated
Have analytical mind and inclination for problem-solving
Enjoy working with data to identify patterns, anomalies, and opportunities
Focus on accuracy as these reports are used for key business decision-making and external reporting
Must be able to work off-hours if needed.
At Least 4 years relevant work experience.
