At Rooberah, we have an online software service with global reach. To keep our 24/7 customer support running flawlessly, we are looking for a motivated, capable, and highly fluent English communication-in-love person to join our support team.

For businesses, problems are deeper, more complex, and carry much higher stakes. That’s why support is our front-line, and customer satisfaction is our ultimate mission. Your Responsibilities & Duties:
Master the Product: Deeply understand all aspects and features of our software.
Be a Problem Solver: Communicate effectively, diagnose issues, and provide the best solutions.
Show Up for the Team: Be reliable during assigned shifts to ensure uninterrupted 24/7 coverage.
Bridge the Gap: Escalate root-cause technical issues to internal teams for effective resolution.
Work Flexible Hours: Work a mix of day and night shifts (typically 2 night and 3 day shifts a week).
Explore the World: Travel for short-term domestic and international business trips (at least 2x/year).
What We Are Looking For (Requirements):
The Right Heart: Deep empathy and a strong motivation to keep customers happy.
The Right Mind: High intelligence to grasp the product quickly and identify issue patterns.
Flawless English: High fluency across all 4 skills—all communication is in English. (Teaching/study background is a plus!)
Bonus Languages: Ability to speak French, Spanish, German, Turkish, or Armenian is a major plus.
Team Spirit: A strong passion for teamwork and collaboration.
Shift Readiness: Flexibility for a rotating schedule (around 22 day/night shifts per month).
Experience: Prior customer support or English-centric work experience is a big advantage.
Travel-Ready: Ability and eligibility to travel abroad for business at least twice a year.
