At Ronash, we are looking for a Technical Client Service Specialist with advanced proficiency in written English who not only excels in traditional customer support but also brings a deep understanding of technical products. This role is perfect for those who blend their customer care skills with technical savvy, particularly in the international ecosystem.

What will your responsibilities include?

Provide not just traditional customer support but also technical guidance to customers fully in written English, especially in relation to e-commerce products.
Act as a liaison between the customer and product and technical teams, understanding and translating customer needs into technical language and vice versa.
Develop and maintain an in-depth understanding of our technical products and how they integrate within the e-commerce ecosystem.
Offer technical problem-solving alongside standard customer care, elevating the level of support provided.

What skills and attributes are we looking for?

Advanced proficiency in written English, which is crucial for effective communication and technical support with our international customer base.
A blend of excellent customer support skills with a strong foundation in technical knowledge, particularly in web technologies and e-commerce platforms.
The ability to articulate complex technical concepts in a simple, customer-friendly manner.
A keen eye for detail and an analytical approach, especially in troubleshooting technical issues.
Experience in a technical support role, ideally within the IT or e-commerce sector, is highly valued.

Bonus skills:

Hands-on experience with HTML, CSS, and other relevant web technologies.
A background in engineering or computer science is highly advantageous, especially if combined with customer support experience.
