Position Overview:

As a Digital Marketing Specialist at Ronad, you'll play a crucial role in building our brand and online presence. You'll work closely with our marketing and leadership teams to develop and execute digital marketing strategies that drive engagement, leads, and conversions. This is an exciting opportunity to shape the marketing landscape for a growing startup.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, SEO, SEM, and content marketing.
Create compelling content, including blog posts, social media updates, and email newsletters.
Analyze digital marketing data and KPIs to optimize campaigns for maximum ROI.
Manage and maintain the company's website and ensure its content is up-to-date.
Collaborate with external agencies and partners as needed.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging digital marketing technologies.
Monitor and manage online reputation and customer reviews.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in digital marketing, including social media management, SEO, and SEM.
Strong understanding of marketing analytics and data-driven decision-making.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Creative thinker with a passion for staying on top of digital marketing trends.
Experience in the logistics or supply chain industry is a plus but not required.
Proficiency in marketing automation tools and content management systems is a plus.
