About Us:
Ronad is seeking a dedicated and experienced HR Business Partner (HRBP) to join our team with a specific focus on supporting our Operations Team. Key Responsibilities:
As the HR Business Partner for the Operations Team at Ronad, your responsibilities will include:


  • Building strong partnerships with operations leaders to understand their unique challenges and objectives.
  • Providing HR guidance and support in areas such as talent management, employee relations, and workforce planning.
  • Collaborating with the Operations Team to design and implement HR programs that align with operational goals.
  • Supporting recruitment efforts for operational roles and contributing to workforce planning initiatives.
  • Implementing performance management processes and fostering a high-performance culture within the Operations Team.
  • Addressing and resolving employee relations issues in a timely and effective manner.
  • Contributing to organizational development and change management initiatives within the Operations Team.
Qualifications:


  • Proven experience as an HRBP or in a similar HR role with a focus on supporting operations teams.
  • Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build effective relationships.
  • Experience in talent acquisition, workforce planning, and performance management.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced operational environment and adapt to changing priorities.
