Key Responsibilities:
As the HR Manager at Ronad, you will be responsible for:

Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
Overseeing the recruitment and onboarding process to attract and retain top talent.
Managing employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance management.
Administering HR policies and ensuring compliance with relevant labor laws and regulations.
Leading and facilitating training and development programs for employees.
Collaborating with leadership to foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
Managing compensation and benefits programs to ensure competitiveness and fairness.
Handling HR administration, including maintaining accurate employee records.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as an HR Manager or in a senior HR role.
Thorough knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build effective working relationships.
Experience in talent acquisition and recruitment strategies.
Solid understanding of compensation and benefits administration.
Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP or PHR) is a plus.
