Key Responsibilities:

As the Senior HRBP at Ronad, you will play a pivotal role in:

Partnering with business leaders to align HR strategies with organizational objectives.
Providing expert guidance on HR-related matters, including talent management, employee relations, and organizational development.
Leading and overseeing the execution of HR programs and initiatives.
Driving performance management processes and ensuring a high-performance culture.
Contributing to workforce planning, talent acquisition, and succession planning.
Managing and resolving complex employee relations issues.
Collaborating with leadership to design and implement strategies for employee engagement and retention.
Providing mentorship and support to the HR team.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as an HRBP or in a senior HR role.
In-depth knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
Demonstrated ability to partner with senior leaders to drive business results.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience in organizational development and change management.
HR certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP or SPHR) is highly desirable.
