Ronad is a forward-thinking logistics startup that specializes in providing innovative fulfillment services to businesses. We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Business Intelligence Specialist to join our growing team. As a BI Specialist at Ronad, you will play a key role in transforming raw data into actionable insights, driving informed decision-making, and enhancing the efficiency of our operations.


Responsibilities:


  • Data Analysis and Visualization: Utilize your expertise in data analysis and visualization tools to create insightful and user-friendly dashboards that provide a clear understanding of key performance indicators (KPIs) and business metrics.
  • Reporting: Generate regular and ad-hoc reports to support various departments within the company, ensuring that stakeholders have access to accurate and timely information for strategic decision-making.
  • Data Integration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate data from different sources, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and completeness.
  • Invoicing Analytics: Develop and maintain invoicing analytics, providing insights into billing trends, revenue forecasting, and opportunities for optimization.
  • BI System Maintenance: Oversee the maintenance and optimization of our BI system, staying up-to-date with industry best practices and implementing improvements as needed.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with teams across the organization, including Operations, Finance, and Sales, to understand their data and reporting needs and provide tailored solutions.
Qualifications:


  • Proven experience as a Business Intelligence Specialist or similar role.
  • Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Metabase, MySQL) and SQL.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with data integration and ETL processes.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex data concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
