استخدام UI/UX Developer

شرح موقعیت شغلی

We are looking for a highly motivated and creative person with attention to detail and an eye for beautiful, clean user interfaces at a fact pace. A UI, UX, and Front-end Developer who can produce end-to-end beautiful, intuitive interfaces throughout the entire design workflow from mapping user journeys into flow diagrams, creating wireframes to high fidelity mockups. You will be a key member of the design process team collaborating closely with the very best developers, engineers, business leadership and customers in the industry. 

 


Responsibilities

  • Work with UX Designers, programs and researchers to understand user’s needs and behaviors for the industries in which they work
  • Apply business objectives into concepts and wireframes of intuitive design
  • Collaborate with other designers and stakeholders to deliver end-to-end projects
  • Visuals and graphics for our products
  • Prototype and iterate designs to correct and optimize user flows
  • Work closely with our development team to manage the design process, drive decisions, track design issues and ensure that design specifications are implemented
  • Translate findings into usable, useful, effective and efficient user experiences
  • Converting design documents into working user interface with no loss in fidelity.
  • Program dynamic web content using JavaScript per functional requirements.
  • Evaluate product designs to help refine requirements for a better user experience.
  • Create clean, functional, and maintainable Front-End solutions.
  • Design and document code to ensure readability and maintainability.
  • Devise creative solutions to overcome design and functionality UX challenges.
  • Work with clients or stakeholders in a collaborative environment.

 


Requirements

  • 3+ years’ experience as a front-end developer.
  • 2+ years’ experience as a UI/UX designer.
  • Strong portfolio of latest relevant work
  • HTML5 & CSS3 expertise
  • JavaScript & jQuery expertise
  • Experience with responsive UI frameworks such as Bootstrap or Foundation
  • Experience with web application frameworks such as AngularJS, React, or VueJS
  • Proficiency with CSS preprocessors such as Sass or Less
  • Proficiency with cross-browser and cross-platform compatibility
  • Experience with a JavaScript task runner such as Grunt or Gulp
  • A strong understanding of optimizing content for the web
  • Solid AJAX and DOM manipulation skills
  • Excellent understanding of web development best practices
  • Proactive with the desire to learn and master new technologies
  • A passion for writing clean, efficient code
  • A strong attention to detail, especially as it applies to user interface design
  • Team-oriented with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to provide and receive constructive feedback in peer code review
  • Ability to manage changing priorities, solve unfamiliar problems, and meet deadlines
  • String experience working with UI design tools like XD or Skatch
  • Outstanding Photoshop or Sketch or Illustrator skills
  • Strong knowledge of design patterns and best practices
  • Creative ideas with problem solving mindset
  • Ability to receive constructive criticism to ultimately improve the end result
  • Passion for data driven design decisions with the ability to receive feedback constructively
