شرح موقعیت شغلی

Job description:

We are looking for a Product Manager not only to manage a group of products but also design new features for each one. You should gain a deep understanding of software products, industry, and customers. Designing the product roadmap, prioritizing features and tasks, creating them in task managing system with good enough description, holding product design meetings, and interacting with the developer team and other managers of the company are also a part of the job.

Responsibilities:





  • Planning and prioritizing product feature backlog and development for the product.
  • Ensuring that the team always has an adequate amount of prior prepared tasks to work on.
  • Following competitors and the industry.
  • Driving the product in the right direction.
  • Engaging with the developer team and other related teams, especially other managers.
  • Create and maintain a product backlog.
  • Providing vision and direction to team members.
  • Defining the roadmap and growth opportunities.
  • Make sure deliverables are adapted to requirements.
  • Drive product launches including working with the marketing team and executives.
  • Translate product strategy into detailed requirements.

Requirements:





  • At least one year of experience in the related field
  • Team working
  • Fast learning
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Creative
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Fluency in English especially reading
  • Excellent searching skill
  • Excellent prioritization skills
  • Knowledge of marketing and digital marketing and familiarity with one programming language and database design will be known as an advantage
