Responsibilities:
- Leading, mentoring, and managing a team of marketing.
- Overseeing all digital marketing activities, including strategy development and execution, segmentation, marketing automation, campaign management, and retention marketing.
- Managing different marketing tools such as marketing automation, analytics, etc.
- Developing campaign measurement plans, selecting and controlling KPIs, and optimizing campaign performance.
- Write ambitious objectives with measurable key results to track team progress according to annual and quarterly objectives and key results of the company
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including product development, sales, operation, and software development, to ensure marketing efforts are aligned with company goals.
Qualifications:
- At least 3-5 years of experience in marketing.
- Experience in campaign management.
- Excellent leadership, project management, and people management skills.
- Having a data-driven mindset besides strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Good organizatio
nal and time management skills.
