شرح موقعیت شغلی

We are looking for an experienced CIO (Chief Information Officer) to oversee the use of Information technology (IT) in our company. He/She will be the one to devise the company’s IT strategy and ensure that all systems necessary to support its operations and objectives are in place. The goal is to ensure that information technology adds the maximum value to our company so as to facilitate the success of our business.

Responsibilities
• Set policies, objectives and strategies for the IT department.
• Manage and develop all online portals including but not limited to our websites.
• Design, develop and customize business-related platforms, including but not limited to Microsoft CRM, Sharepoint, Qlikview and BSS.
• Design, develop and customize financial-related portals.
• Implement and enhance portals regarding to technical monitoring and operation, including but not limited to Zabbix, Grafana, etc.
• Enhance and implement current and required processes over the ITIL platform by defining roles, responsibilities, workflows, thresholds, etc.
• Building the data-ware house for generating of required dashboards & reports for top managers and board of directors.
• Oversee the technological infrastructure (including Storage hardware, Servers, PCs, TCs, IP-Cameras, etc.) in the organization to ensure optimal performance.
• Develop and implement regulatory-required portals and interfaces like Shahkar, Siam, etc.
• Oversee, manage and enhance internal applications and servers like Mail, DNS, Skype & VoIP.
• Approve purchases of technological equipment and software and establish partnerships with IT providers
• Analyze the costs, value and risks of information technology to advise management and suggest actions.

Requirements

• Proven experience as CIO or similar managerial role.
• Background in designing/developing IT systems and planning IT implementation
• Superior analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
• BSc/BA in computer science, engineering or relevant field; MSc/MA will be preferred.
