شرح موقعیت شغلی

Job Description:
● Implement strategy and management of information systems projects.
● Analyze and review the need for changes in the executive and software systems of the organization and predict the development needs of systems with a systems approach (Approach system).
● Provide advice to organizational units in the field of systems, methods, and work processes, participation in the transformation of systems, processes, and information flow, and provide integrated solutions in carrying out the activities of the organization.
● Analyze the organization's process risks and provide solutions to control and reduce risks, ensure that the organization's processes are under control, and identify and eliminate the reasons for leaving the process control.
● Participate in preparing, updating, and modifying all documents of the organization.
● Implement training related to process management systems and user support in the field of information systems (IS).
● Design and compile management reports on how systems and processes work and submit them to the Deputy Minister of Information Technology.

Requirements:
● Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, or related fields.
● Familiarity with information systems management.
● Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Microsoft SharePoint, and Microsoft SQL Server development experience.
● Familiarity with the concepts of organizational processes and BPMS.
● Familiarity with organizational process modeling and BPMN.
● Familiarity with project management concepts.
● Familiarity with the concepts of knowledge management.
