We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist who help us to identify, assess, and bring top talents to work remotely with our partner companies in North America.
As a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist you will manage the full life-cycle recruiting process for designated positions including creating job postings, organizing interviews, pre-screening and interviewing candidates, leading strategy discussions with hiring managers, developing sourcing strategies and ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Key Qualifications

Key Qualifications
- Solid experience in hiring talents in the tech industry including software engineers, team leads, product managers, UX/UI designers, illustrators and graphic designers
- Highly organized and able to prioritize and drive efficiencies in the recruiting process
- Experienced in developing strategies to maintain previously hired employees
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Demonstrated track record of driving successful strategies and tactics throughout the recruitment lifecycle
- Familiarity with software development life-cycle
