Foreign Procurement Expert


Job Description:


·         Purchasing products, spare parts, and services (ordering, payment, shipment, transporting, and resolve issues).


·         Preparing documents for registration and clearance formalities.


·         Following up the entire purchase process & after-sales services.


·         Careful review of received products.




Requirements:



·         BS or MS degree in Engineering (preferred) or other related fields.


·         Minimum 5-year experience in International purchasing businesses, preferably in large organizations


·         Expertise in the trade portals: NTSW, EPL, CRA, etc.


·         Willingness to visit & follow up on matters in relevant government offices & organizations.


·         Strong problem-solving, communication, and negotiation skills.


·         Expert in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.


·         Excellent command of the English language.


·         IT Knowledge is a plus.
