We’re looking for an experienced Back-end Developer who is passionate about delivering a seamless digital experience. This role calls for a skilled programmer who can develop complex back-end solutions for fast-paced fintech companies. Can you create all kinds of high-performance software, be it APIs, web and mobile apps, or plugins, that will lead to higher scalability and stability of the client’s suite of tools? Challenges
● Develop and test low-latency and high-scalability applications, plugins, and APIs for high-traffic fintech websites.
● Troubleshoot applications in the development and deployment stages.
● Conduct code reviews to improve the code quality and build automated unit and integration tests.
● Collaborate with other teams to deploy new products and features.
● Improve the consistency and maintainability of codebases.

Must have
● 3+ years of experience in back-end development
● Experience in any of the modern programming languages
● Experience with Redis, Nginx, Docker, and Git, as well as knowledge of microservices and scalable systems
● Ability to create powerful, self-documenting code by utilising test-driven development (TDD) techniques
● Information security and data protection knowledge
● Fluency in spoken and written English

Good to have
● Solid experience in Node.js or Perl
● Experience in scalable systems and asynchronous programming
● Experience in open-source RDBMS systems (e.g. PostgreSQL and MySQL) and/or relational database design
● Deep understanding of Linux and other open-source platforms
