Senior Performance Marketing Manager
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Performance Marketing Manager to join our team at SD studio. As a Senior Performance Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving our marketing efforts and optimizing performance across various channels.
Responsibilities:

Develop and execute performance marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.
Manage and optimize performance marketing campaigns across channels such as paid search, display advertising, social media advertising, and affiliate marketing.
Conduct data analysis and utilize insights to optimize campaign performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and drive marketing decision-making.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, content, and analytics, to align marketing efforts and ensure cohesive messaging and brand consistency.
Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in performance marketing to drive innovation and improve campaign effectiveness.
Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), campaign metrics, and ROI to track the success of marketing initiatives.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Proven track record of success in performance marketing, with at least 5 years of experience in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of performance marketing channels and tools, such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and Google Analytics.
Proficient in data analysis and reporting, with the ability to derive actionable insights from campaign data.
Excellent project management skills and the ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneously.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Self-motivated and result-oriented, with a proactive and entrepreneurial mindset.
