Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the UI/UX Design Team: Guide and mentor a talented team of designers, fostering a creative and productive work environment.
  • User Needs Analysis: Conduct thorough research to understand user requirements and translate these insights into impactful design solutions.
  • Prototype Development: Develop interactive prototypes that convey design concepts and user flows effectively.
  • User Interface Design: Create visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces that enhance user engagement and satisfaction.
  • Problem Identification & Resolution: Identify and address user experience challenges through innovative design solutions.
  • Design Systems Utilization: Leverage and contribute to design systems to ensure consistency and efficiency across projects.
  • Design Thinking Application: Apply Design Thinking methodologies to solve complex problems and improve user interactions.
  • Wireframe Creation & Presentation: Produce and present detailed wireframes that outline the structure and functionality of digital products.
  • Software Proficiency: Stay current with standard design programs such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe XD, and Sketch.
  • UX Design Tools Expertise: Demonstrate proficiency in user experience design tools, including Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD.
  • Usability Testing: Conduct usability tests to gather feedback and refine designs for optimal user experience.
