Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Front-End Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in front-end development, a keen eye for design, and the ability to lead projects from concept to completion. This role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, responsive, and scalable web applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and development of user-friendly web interfaces using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Collaborate with UX/UI designers to implement engaging and interactive designs.
  • Optimize web applications for maximum speed and scalability.
  • Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.
  • Mentor junior developers and provide guidance on best practices and emerging trends.
  • Conduct code reviews and contribute to the continuous improvement of our codebase.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest front-end technologies and frameworks.
Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 6+ years of professional experience in front-end development.
  • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Angular).
  • Experience with responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.
  • Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and integrating with backend services.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
  • Familiarity with build tools and task runners (e.g., Webpack).
