We are currently looking for eager and motivated people to join our customer service team. We are will provide education and training to match our working process.

You will have the opportunity to work alongside international teams in Netherlands and Malaysia and our global customer based: Asia, Europe, Americas and Africa.

Key responsibilities:

Answering customer phone calls, following up on their requests and create a satisfying experience for them
Responding to customer chats in the online support system
Managing customer requests in the most optimal and organized way and contacting them after resolving their issues based on WeCodeRight’s principles and rules
Creating a sense of respect and trust in users with your professional and friendly approach

Requirements:

Be proficient in web-based communication technologies and tools
Have the necessary motivation to create empathy and intimacy with WeCodeRight customers and be able to attract customers
High ability to identify problems and solve issues quickly and positively
Patience, willingness to learn and constant reading are among the primary principles for your own development and the company’s
Familiarity with teamwork and good communication skills and time management abilities
Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
Value WeCodeRight’s customers and users as company’s assets and strive to maintain customer satisfaction
