شرح موقعیت شغلی

Responsibilities Works together with various stakeholders to develop a design strategy in order to develop and shape excellent user experience for digital initiatives Lead and carry out UI/UX activities and deliverables based on UI/UX methodologies Communicate with various stakeholders to understand their business goals and objectives Lead and conduct design reviews on new and existing projects and systems to identify UI/UX gaps and subsequently comes up with strategies and plans on closing those gaps Follow and maintain a design system used for digital initiatives to facilitate compliance of relevant standards and guidelines (brand standards, UX guidelines etc) Produce various UI/UX deliverables such as lo to high-fidelity wireframes, interactive prototypes, standards and guidelines, visual and graphic design, design assets and others for use by project teams and vendors Manage and liaise with vendors in relation to UI/UX matters projects Research and stays up-to-date on on UI/UX best practices and industry knowledge to ensure delivery of high quality products and service Acts as a focal point for UI/UX issues and best practices for various stakeholders, business units, products teams, tech teams and vendors Responsible for other special and ad-hoc assignment and related duties as specified by superiors from time to time Accountable for implementing UI/UX strategies to ensure an excellent experience and visual appeal for new and existing projects, with the support of business and delivery teams Job Requirements: Qualifications A bachelor's degree in interactive media, multimedia, animation, graphic design or a related field, from a recognised institution. A portfolio of professional UI/UX design work for both web and mobile platforms. Minimum of 4-5 years of recent relevant work experience in digital, information technology or multimedia environment Experience in designing digital products (websites, mobile app and systems) using various design tools (with portfolio) Strong critical and creative problem-solving skills.
