We are looking for a highly creative graphic designer who can take conceptual ideas and create visual representations, both in print and electronic media. Our ideal candidate will have expert knowledge of current design software and skilled with every step of the design process from concept to the final deliverable. Collaborating with multiple teams at our company, the graphic designer should be able to take direction from written or spoken ideas and convert them into a design that connects. Responsibilities:

 - Design master visuals for digital campaigns and other graphic materials such as microsites and other landing pages;
 - Design social media content for owned media and marketing campaigns;
 - Coordinate with outside agencies, freelancers, web designers, printers, and colleagues as necessary;
 - Ensure designs meet organizational standards and brand expectations;
 - Present ideas and draft them to the team;
 - Prioritize and manage multiple projects within design specifications and budget restrictions.

Requirements:

 - Time-management skills for meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
 - Expert level knowledge of Adobe PhotoShop, Illustrator and other graphic design softwares.
 - Knowledge of layouts, graphic fundamentals, typography, print, and the web.
 - Compelling portfolio of work over a wide range of creative projects.
 - Proven experience with graphic design, with a strong portfolio of work.
 - Excellent communication and presentation skills.
 - Open to comments and revisions on designs.
 - Flexible to changes in work routines.
 - Familiar with InDesign and After Effects is a plus.
