• Develop and execute advanced SEO strategies to drive organic traffic and improve search rankings.
• Monitor daily performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of SEO strategies and make necessary adjustments.
• Conduct regular audits of websites to identify areas for improvement and optimization, providing actionable recommendations.
• Possess expertise in essential SEO components, including Keyword Research, Technical SEO (such as UX, site architecture, URL structure, XML sitemaps, canonical tags, dynamic/static pages, etc.), and On-Page Optimization (including Metadata, Headings, Content, Anchor Links, Navigation, etc.).
• Continuously perform keyword discovery, expansion, and optimization to stay ahead of the competition.
• Develop and implement a robust link-building strategy while maintaining a positive brand image.
• Utilize website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Webmaster, Keyword Research tools, etc.) to gain insights and track performance.
• Have a working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and an understanding of their impact on SEO.
• Identify and effectively communicate SEO-related technical issues and their solutions, ensuring clear understanding among team members.
• Collaborate with the development team to define technical SEO requirements and ensure their implementation.
• Work closely with editorial and marketing teams to integrate SEO best practices into content creation and programming.
• Review and analyze websites for areas of improvement and optimization.
• Prepare detailed strategy reports outlining key findings and recommendations.
• Conduct a thorough analysis of competitor keywords and SEO techniques to identify new opportunities.
• Provide support for page remapping and URL structural updates.
• Perform monthly site audits, generate comprehensive reports, and provide recommendations and a roadmap for future improvements.

• Minimum of 3 years of direct working experience as a Search Engine Optimization professional.
• Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and a commitment to keeping up with the latest SEO best practices.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team.
• Excellent prioritization skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Eagerness to learn and willingness to ask questions to expand knowledge.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with technical auditing of large websites.
• Proficiency in advanced Excel functions for data analysis and reporting.
• Solid understanding of how blogging, press releases, social media, and related strategies align with SEO goals.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
