The Role 

We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our Product team at Blu Bank. In this role, you’ll lead the development, launch, and optimization of Neo Bank solutions, including Savings, Loans, Debit Cards, Credit Cards, and other advanced financial features (some still under wraps!). You’ll collaborate with a passionate, cross-functional team dedicated to building impactful, innovative financial products

 

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the product roadmap, aligning it with customer needs and business objectives
  • Lead projects across engineering, design, and marketing teams to expand and refine our product offerings
  • Gather and analyze customer insights to identify and prioritize new features and enhancements
  • Manage the product lifecycle from concept to launch, with clear goals and timelines
  • Use data-driven insights to prioritize projects and inform product decisions
  • Collaborate with external partners and internal stakeholders to define goals, address issues, and establish milestones
  • Engage with customers to understand their needs and deliver superior user experiences
Who We’re Looking For:

 Over 5 years of Product Management experience

Strong understanding of NeoBank and fintech trends

Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and prioritize high-impact projects

Excellent communication and analytical skills

Knowledge of financial compliance and digital banking regulations
