Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior SEO Specialist who will be responsible for developing and implementing effective SEO strategies to improve the visibility and ranking of our website. The successful candidate will work closely with the marketing team to identify opportunities for optimization, analyze website traffic and user behavior, and continually improve the website's performance. The Senior SEO Specialist will also be responsible for monitoring and reporting on SEO metrics to ensure that goals are met.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective SEO strategies to improve website ranking and visibility
Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify opportunities for optimization
Optimize on-page content, including titles, meta descriptions, etc
Develop and execute off-page optimization strategies, including link building and outreach campaigns
Monitor and report on website traffic, ranking, and other SEO metrics
Analyze user behavior and website performance to identify areas for improvement
Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure SEO strategies align with overall marketing goals
Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in SEO and digital marketing

Requirements:

At least 2 years of experience in SEO, with a proven track record of driving results
Expertise in both on-page and off-page SEO strategies
Strong analytical and data-driven mindset, with experience using SEO tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, and Ahrefs, GSC, etc
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
Creativity and a passion for developing innovative SEO strategies
Familiarity with website optimization, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
