Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Editor-in-Chief to oversee our blog and reportage team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a team of writers and editors, assigning topics and articles, editing and proofreading content, and ensuring all pieces meet our standards for quality and accuracy. You will also be responsible for developing and implementing content strategies to increase engagement and drive traffic to our website.

Responsibilities:

Manage a team of writers and editors
Assign topics and articles to team members
Edit and proofread content to ensure accuracy and quality
Develop and implement content strategies to increase engagement and drive traffic to our website
Work collaboratively with other teams, including marketing and social media, to ensure content is optimized for all channels
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to ensure our content remains relevant and competitive
Manage editorial calendar and deadlines

Requirements:

2+ years of experience in journalism or content creation
Strong writing and editing skills
Experience managing a team of writers and editors
Excellent organizational and project management skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
Experience with SEO and content optimization strategies
Familiarity with social media platforms and best practices
Strong communication and collaboration skills
