We are looking for a bright, enthusiastic Digital Marketing Manager to become the next member of our growing team. You will execute thoughtful, strategic digital marketing campaigns for our clients using best practices in SEO, Paid Search, Paid & Earned Social and Email Marketing. Maintaining a high client retention rate through personalized account management and client service will be your daily ambition.

Responsibilities

Develop digital strategy and positioning to drive awareness and conversion while coordinating cross-functionally to ensure consistency in brand-related decisions.
Managing of campaigns, including strategy development, campaign execution, community management, analytics, and reporting across SEO, paid search, paid social and email marketing
Lead strategy, planning, execution, and analysis of digital channels including SEO, SEM, programmatic display, and other paid media.
Have deep expertise in online (paid search, paid social, display, affiliate) channels.
Overseeing branding, advertising, and promotional campaigns.
Keep informed of marketing, video and social media strategies, and trends

Requirements

+4 years of digital marketing experience in an eCommerce or marketplace business Excellent communication, collaboration, and influencing skills in an organizational environment
Exceptional ability to use and analyze data to facilitate cross-company reporting and to drive effective decision-making for the business.
The ability to manage through ambiguity and be a strong strategic thinker Demonstrated deep understanding of paid media best practices, KPIs, and industry benchmarks.
Direct experience developing and optimizing successful campaigns using Google Analytics and Ad Words, and Facebook Ads Manager.
Ability to effectively drive coordinated marketing programs cross-functionally and in a multi-channel environment from inception to execution.
Expert knowledge of digital marketing principles such as funnel optimization and experience in running A/B tests for campaigns and deriving customer insights
