Are you passionate about delivering high-quality silicon? We are expanding our team at Yongatek Microelectronics and looking for an experienced ASIC/SoC Verification Engineer to drive the verification of our complex IP integrations and subsystems.
In this role, you will be at the forefront of our verification strategy continuously verifying SoC designs as new IP blocks are integrated, ensuring robustness through simulation, coverage closure, and software-based testing at both bare-metal and firmware levels. You will collaborate closely with our architecture, design, and software teams to debug critical issues and deliver high-quality hardware.
What You Will Bring to the Team (Required):
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with SystemVerilog, UVM, and SVA.
• A proven track record in SoC-level verification and integration environments.
• Solid knowledge of on-chip AMBA bus protocols (AXI, AHB, APB).
• Experience utilizing Synopsys or Cadence EDA tools and VIPs.
• Proficiency in coverage-driven verification methodologies.
• Strong scripting abilities to automate and optimize workflows (Python, Make, Tcl, Shell).
Preferred Skills:
• Understanding of image/video processing IPs.
• Experience with hardware bring-up and debugging tools.
• Exposure to RISC-V and/or ARM processor cores.
• Familiarity with high-speed interfaces (DDR, Ethernet, etc.).
• Experience with low-power verification (UPF) or analog-mixed signal (AMS) verification.
• Knowledge of or experience with DO-254 compliance.
