شرح موقعیت شغلی

We are looking for a creative and trend-driven AI Video Creator to join our marketing team. Your role is to produce engaging, modern, and high-quality videos using the latest AI video generation tools such as Veo, OpenArt, Runway, Sora, and similar platforms. You will collaborate closely with our in-house video editor, who works with Adobe Premiere, to finalize polished video outputs.
What You Will Do

Create short-form and long-form videos using AI tools (Veo, Runway, Sora, OpenArt, etc.).
Produce content that aligns with current marketing trends, storytelling patterns, and platform-specific styles (YouTube, TikTok, Reels, Ads).
Write effective AI prompts for scenes, transitions, characters, camera movements, and styles.
Work closely with our video editor to refine, polish, and finalize each project.
Research new trends, viral formats, and emerging AI tools to keep the company’s content fresh and competitive.
Collaborate with the marketing team to align videos with campaigns, brand identity, and messaging.
Manage multiple projects with tight deadlines while maintaining high creative quality.

Requirements

Strong English writing and communication skills (for prompts, scripts, and teamwork).
Hands-on experience with at least 2–3 AI video tools (e.g., Runway, Veo, Sora, OpenArt, Pika, Luma, Kling, etc.).
Understanding of prompt engineering and creative storytelling for AI-generated video.
Ability to identify and follow global social media and video trends.
Creative mindset, smart problem-solving, and willingness to experiment with new techniques.
Basic understanding of video editing workflows (collaboration with editors).
Ability to work independently and produce results quickly.

Nice to Have

Experience with Adobe Premiere, After Effects, or DaVinci Resolve.
Knowledge of motion graphics or sound design.
Past work in academic, educational, or conference-related video projects.
A personal portfolio of AI-generated videos.
