Radman is an international event organizer company specializing in academic conferences held worldwide. We are seeking a highly creative, smart, and trend-aware Graphic Designer to take complete ownership of our visual brand identity across global digital platforms and official event publications.

In this role, you will design a dynamic mix of marketing and branding assets tailored for a global audience of researchers and academics. Your work will range from high-impact digital designs—such as eye-catching YouTube thumbnails, performance Google/Meta ad banners, and website sliders—to premium, professional multi-page publications, including our official conference brochures and PDF presenter guides.

You will focus entirely on graphic design (no video editing responsibilities) and collaborate daily with our UI/UX Designer and Video Editor to maintain an ultra-premium, consistent global brand across all events.

Responsibilities

  • Event Branding & Brand Identity: Create logos, select strategic color palettes, and build unified visual guidelines for our various international academic conferences.
  • Conference Brochures & Multi-Page PDFs: Design comprehensive, clean, and highly professional conference brochures, presenter guides, and booklets, ensuring top-tier typography, structural layouts, and academic-appropriate aesthetics.
  • High-CTR YouTube Thumbnails: Create hyper-engaging, click-driven YouTube thumbnails utilizing strong contrast, bold typography, and visual hooks to optimize views.
  • Website & Digital Content Visuals: Produce website hero sliders, article covers, and image banners that seamlessly integrate with our web structures and UI/UX layouts.
  • Performance Advertising Banners: Create optimized, high-converting ad visuals and banners for Google Ads, Facebook/Meta, and other paid marketing platforms.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with the Video Editor to translate static visual rules into motion guidelines, and work alongside digital marketers and content writers.
  • Optimization & Delivery: Ensure all final assets are delivered in correct formats, perfectly optimized for web responsive screens as well as high-resolution digital PDFs.
Requirements

  • 3+ years of proven experience as a Graphic Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing a mix of digital marketing assets, visual branding, and multi-page layouts/brochures.
  • An exceptional eye for Color Theory, typography, and premium modern trends (essential for handling prestigious international events).
  • Proficiency in industry-standard tools: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva. Experience with Adobe InDesign or Figma for multi-page document layout and brochure design is highly preferred.
  • Smart & AI-Efficient Workflow: Active experience using AI-assisted design tools (e.g., Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, Generative Fill, or Canva AI) to conceptualize ideas faster and speed up production.
  • Data-Informed Mindset: Understanding that a design must not only look beautiful but also achieve specific event marketing goals (e.g., driving registrations, maximizing CTR, or building institutional trust).
  • Strong team-play communication skills, strict attention to detail, and the ability to manage tight deadlines for upcoming events.
