استخدام Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process, identifying top talent, and helping us build a high-performing workforce. You will collaborate with Group HR Manager to understand staffing needs, develop effective sourcing strategies, conduct interviews, and ensure a seamless candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source, screen, and interview candidates for various roles across the organization.
  • Maintain and manage candidate pipelines, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
  • Utilize a variety of sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
  • Evaluate applicants by discussing job requirements and responsibilities, evaluating their qualifications, and conducting reference checks.
  • Provide guidance and recommendations on hiring decisions, salary negotiations, and onboarding processes
  • Track recruitment metrics and report on hiring progress and success.
Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or Recruiter.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, sourcing techniques, and experience working with ATS platforms.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple roles and prioritize effectively.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
