شرح موقعیت شغلی

Key Responsibilities:

Product Strategy & Roadmap:

Develop and maintain a clear product vision and roadmap for websites.
Prioritize features and improvements based on business goals and user feedback.

User Research & UX Improvement:

Conduct user research to understand the needs of partners, and visitors.
Identify pain points and work with the design team to improve user experience (UX).

Feature Development:

Define new features, write user stories, and collaborate with the development team to implement them.
Ensure timely and high-quality feature rollouts.

Performance Tracking & Analysis:

Monitor product KPIs and analyze platform performance using tools like Google Analytics, Ahrefs, and Hotjar.
Identify trends and make data-driven decisions for product improvements.

Cross-Team Collaboration:

Coordinate with the web development team, SEO experts, digital marketing team, and customer support to ensure cohesive product development and promotion.

SEO & Content Optimization:

Ensure platform structure and features are optimized for search engines.
Collaborate with the content team to align content strategy with product goals.

Project Management:

Plan, oversee, and manage projects related to platform enhancements and new features.
Ensure deadlines are met and objectives are achieved.

Competitive Analysis:

Stay updated with industry trends, competitor platforms, and best practices to keep our platforms competitive.

Requirements:

At least 3 years of experience in product management, preferably in web-based platforms or SaaS products.

Language Skills:

Strong reading, writing, and communication skills in English.

Technical Skills:

Familiarity with web technologies and content management systems (e.g., WordPress).
Experience with Google Analytics, Ahrefs, Hotjar, or similar tools.

Project Management Tools:

Experience with tools like Monday.com, Jira, Trello, or similar project management software.

Analytical Skills:

Ability to analyze data and make informed product decisions.
Proficiency in interpreting user behavior and performance metrics.

Soft Skills:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
High attention to detail and organizational skills.

Additional Skills:

Understanding of SEO principles and how they apply to product development.
Experience working with cross-functional teams.
