Radman is looking for a talented and creative Senior Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for design, a passion for creating visually compelling content, and experience in designing for both digital and print media. If you’re a self-driven designer with the ability to bring ideas to life and work in a collaborative environment, we’d love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the HR and creative teams to produce high-quality graphics for digital (social media posts, website assets, etc.).
Design and create visual content that aligns with the brand’s identity and marketing objectives.
Develop design concepts, graphics, and layouts for websites, email campaigns, social media platforms, and print collateral.
Ensure consistency in design elements across all platforms and marketing channels.
Edit photos, videos, and graphics to create visually appealing assets.
Stay up to date with design trends, techniques, and technologies to bring fresh and innovative ideas to the team.
Provide support for ongoing design projects and ensure timely delivery of assets.

Requirements:

Proven experience (3+ years) as a Graphic Designer or in a similar creative role.
Strong portfolio showcasing your design skills across digital and print mediums.
Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
Knowledge of web design, user experience (UX) principles, and responsive design.
Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with different teams.
A creative mindset and the ability to think outside the box.
