Radman is seeking a creative, dynamic, and results-driven Social Media Specialist to join our growing marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and executing social media strategies, content creation, and community engagement across various platforms. If you have a passion for digital marketing and a deep understanding of social media trends, this is the perfect opportunity for you.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
Create engaging and high-quality content (posts, images, videos) tailored to each platform.
Manage day-to-day social media accounts and ensure consistent brand voice across all platforms (YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.).
Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance using analytics tools and metrics.
Stay up to date with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in social media marketing.
Engage with followers, respond to comments, and foster positive relationships with the community.
Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to create campaigns that align with overall marketing objectives.
Track competitor activity and market trends to ensure the company stays ahead in the digital space.

Requirements:

Proven experience (2+ years) in managing social media accounts for a brand or company.
Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and tools.
Experience with social media advertising and campaign management.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Creative, proactive, and detail-oriented with a passion for digital marketing.
Ability to analyze data and create reports.
Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) is a plus.
