شرح موقعیت شغلی

We are seeking a Product Design Lead to take ownership of the design process for our digital products. This role will be responsible for leading the design team, collaborating across departments, and creating innovative design solutions that meet the needs of our users.

Responsibilities:

Lead the design team and manage the end-to-end design process for various projects.
Work closely with engineering, product, and marketing teams to ensure the creation of exceptional user experiences.
Identify opportunities to improve user experiences and develop creative design solutions.
Oversee and mentor the team in design principles, user experience, and UI design best practices.
Conduct user research to understand the needs and pain points of target audiences.
Manage project timelines, resources, and ensure on-time delivery.
Provide feedback and evaluate the team's performance to ensure continuous improvement in design quality.

Language Skills:

Strong reading, writing, and communication skills in English.

Technical Skills:

Familiarity with web technologies and content management systems (e.g., WordPress).
Experience with Google Analytics, Ahrefs, Hotjar, or similar tools.

Project Management Tools:

Experience with tools like Monday.com, Jira, Trello, or similar project management software.
