What You’ll Be Doing:
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design intuitive and aesthetically pleasing user interfaces.
- Translating user needs, business goals, and technical constraints into thoughtful design solutions.
- Creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups that bring ideas to life.
- Participating in user research, usability testing, and iterative design reviews.
- Advocating for design best practices and user-centered thinking in every stage of product development.
- Keeping up with design trends, emerging tools, and industry innovations to ensure we stay ahead.
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong English communication skills (both verbal and written) to confidently express ideas, collaborate with international teams, and document design decisions.
- A portfolio that demonstrates your problem-solving ability, design thinking process, and visual storytelling.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or equivalent.
- A basic understanding of user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing methodologies.
- Excellent attention to detail combined with a solid grasp of design principles, including typography, layout, color theory, and accessibility.
- A collaborative mindset with the ability to give and receive feedback constructively.
- A growth-oriented attitude — eagerness to learn new tools, refine your craft, and embrace emerging trends in UI/UX design.
