We are looking for a talented, Human resource Specialist to create a delightful employee experience from hiring, onboarding, developing, training, and retaining our employees. As an HR Specialist, you'll be the 3rd member of our HR team and help build Karafs's employee experience, so you'll be able to have a great impact at Karafs, the leading online health startup in Iran. The perfect fit is someone who likes to recruit the right person for the right place, conduct people's relations, providing welfare for employees and procuring equipment for personnel.
Responsibilities:
Apply the principles and practices of human resources programs ( recruitment/selection, employee relations, personnel transactions)
Proactively stay up to date on trends and developments within HR systems and provide ideas and information to leaders regarding best practices and trends
Develop recruitment strategies to address specific resource or program needs.
Sourcing and reaching out to qualified candidates for current open positions
Arrange interview times with candidates and conducting in-person and/or virtual interviews with potential employees
Communicate, coordinate, and collaborate effectively with all organizational levels
Coordinate the performance management process
Assist in other areas of Human Resources as needed, like Events
Procurement of needed equipment

Requirements:
1+ years of recruiting experience
Strong business and HR acumen, including strong problem-solving skills, critical thinking, communication, and analysis
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent English skills.
Listening Skill, High EQ, and appropriate behavior
Knowledge of MS Word and Excel.
