Job Overview:

We are seeking a LinkedIn Content, Marketing, and SEO Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate is a creative and data-driven professional with a passion for content creation, social media marketing, B2B networking on LinkedIn, WordPress management, and SEO. As the LinkedIn Content, Marketing, and SEO Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing LinkedIn marketing strategies, creating high-quality articles, managing WordPress content, and optimizing our online presence for search engines.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation: Develop high-quality and engaging LinkedIn content, including posts, articles, and multimedia, that align with our brand and resonate with our target audience.
LinkedIn Campaigns: Create, manage, and optimize LinkedIn ad campaigns, sponsored content, and sponsored InMail messages to drive engagement and conversions.
Community Engagement: Actively engage with our LinkedIn audience by responding to comments, initiating conversations, and building relationships with industry professionals and potential clients.
LinkedIn Analytics: Monitor and analyze LinkedIn performance metrics to track the effectiveness of content and campaigns. Use insights to refine strategies and drive continuous improvement.
Lead Generation: Implement lead generation strategies, including the creation and promotion of lead magnets, forms, and landing pages for LinkedIn users.
LinkedIn Group Management: Build and manage LinkedIn groups related to our industry or niche to foster engagement, discussion, and thought leadership.
WordPress Content Management: Manage and update content on our WordPress website, ensuring that it aligns with our brand's messaging and SEO goals.
SEO Strategy: Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve our website's visibility and rankings in search engine results pages.
Keyword Research: Conduct keyword research to identify relevant keywords and phrases for content optimization and search engine ranking.
Content Calendar: Create and maintain a content calendar to ensure a consistent posting schedule across LinkedIn, WordPress, and other platforms.
Compliance: Ensure that all content, campaigns, and website updates adhere to LinkedIn and SEO best practices, as well as our brand's values and principles.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in social media marketing, specifically on LinkedIn.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency with LinkedIn advertising and analytics tools.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
Creative thinking and the ability to come up with innovative ideas for content and campaigns.
Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM tools is a plus.
Understanding of B2B marketing and lead generation best practices.
Proficiency in WordPress content management.
Strong knowledge of SEO best practices and tools.
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
