شرح موقعیت شغلی

We are seeking a talented Software Engineer to join our fintech team and contribute to building scalable, secure, and high-performance financial platforms. This role focuses on backend systems powering banking services and supply chain finance solutions, where reliability, accuracy, and performance are critical.

You will collaborate closely with product, data, and infrastructure teams to deliver robust services that support complex financial operations.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Python and Django
Build and optimize RESTful APIs and internal services for high throughput and reliability
Design and manage relational database schemas (primarily MySQL) ensuring performance and data integrity
Implement asynchronous and background processing using Celery and Redis
Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code with strong coverage using pytest
Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and system design decisions
Monitor, troubleshoot, and improve system performance in production environments
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, scalable features

Required Qualifications

Strong hands-on experience with Python and the Django framework
Solid understanding of relational databases, especially MySQL
Experience writing automated tests (e.g., pytest)
Familiarity with asynchronous processing (Celery) and caching/message brokering (Redis)
Good understanding of RESTful API design and backend architecture principles
Experience with version control systems such as Git
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
High attention to detail and code quality

Nice to Have

Experience with PostgreSQL
Familiarity with observability and monitoring tools (e.g., Grafana)
Experience with Elasticsearch for search and analytics
Knowledge of message brokers such as RabbitMQ
Exposure to distributed systems or microservices architecture
Experience in fintech, particularly in banking systems, payments, or supply chain finance
