Machine Learning (ML) Engineer

Track A: EU Market Collaboration (Real Identity)-Salary range after securing the job ($2000-$2500)

Identity & Compliance: Onboarding for this position relies on your verified legal identity. Background checks, contracts, and platform access will be fully tied to your real name and official documentation.
Work Logistics: Direct collaboration with European data teams and enterprise partners. Expect meetings to fall within European business hours (CET), requiring transparent communication under your legal profile.

Track B: US Market Collaboration (Proxy Policy)-Salary range after securing the job ($3000-$3500)

Identity & Compliance: This position operates under a proxy structure to comply with US market and sanction restrictions. You will be assigned a specific profile identity to utilize across all client channels, cloud environments, and internal tracking tools.
Work Logistics: You must ensure an uncompromised, high-speed, and consistent network connection setup to maintain the proxy framework. Flexibility to attend critical model reviews or deployment syncs during US business hours is required.
Compensation & Interview Flow: Candidates entering the US market pipeline (only) will receive a monthly reimbursement of $300 during the interview and preparation phases until a job is successfully secured. Upon securing the placement, you will transition immediately to your full, fixed monthly salary.

Core Requirements & Tech Stack

Experience: Minimum 4 years of proven experience designing, training, and deploying ML models in production environments.
Language: Excellent English communication skills (advanced/fluent) to explain complex data architectures and algorithmic logic.
Core ML Frameworks: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow, alongside standard libraries (Scikit-Learn, NumPy, Pandas).
Data & Engineering: Solid experience with MLOps pipelines (MLflow, Kubeflow, or DVC), data pipelines (SQL, Spark), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
Deployment: Proven track record of serving models via REST APIs (FastAPI/Flask) and scaling them on cloud infrastructures (AWS SageMaker, Azure ML, or GCP).
