The IT Internal Auditor is responsible for auditing IT systems to ensure compliance, security, and performance standards, while monitoring and analyzing real-time business dashboards to ensure service continuity and support executive decision-making.

Responsibilities:

Evaluate IT systems for compliance with standards, policies, and performance metrics.
Monitor dashboards (e.g., Grafana, Kibana) to detect and report anomalies in real-time.
Analyze system performance and prepare clear, concise executive reports.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, communicate, and resolve issues promptly.
Participate actively in risk mitigation planning, IT control assessments, and follow-up actions.

Qualifications:

Technical Skills:

Understanding of the banking business, regulatory guidelines, and microservice architecture in the field of banking software
Proficiency in monitoring tools such as Grafana and Kibana.
Skilled in query writing and working with Oracle, MongoDB, PostgreSQL, etc.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
Familiarity with frameworks and concepts such as COBIT, ISO 27001, DevOps, network fundamentals, security principles, and financial and accounting structures is considered an advantage
