شرح موقعیت شغلی

Responsibility


·        Developing the mobile & web design system 


·        Helping the team to define services product design guidelines 


·        Seeking out creative, design-led solutions to challenging problems 


·        Thinking at a high level about creative strategy and vision 


·        Pushing the boundaries of UX/UI/visual execution and try new ideas 


·        Influencing product specifications and execute design work with a high level of polish 


·        Tracking design impacts on targeted metrics and goals


·        Conducting user research


·        Defining personas and workflow to represent user experience design ideas


·        Creating prototypes, wireframes and interface mock-ups to demonstrate product design ideas


·        Gathering analytics data, conduct A/B tests, define KPIs to enable data driven design decision and measure progress



Requirement


·        +4 years of experience in product design (UX/UI)


·        Strong information design skills with a solid foundation in UX design heuristics 


·        Excellent graphic design skills (layout, typography, color)


·        Mastery of design and prototyping tools like Sketch, adobe X, photoshop, etc. 


·        Ability to generate pixel-perfect production assets 


·        Ability to work well on an ego-free, highly collaborative, and cross-functional team


·        Demonstrated user research skills and articulate your design decisions based on user and business needs 


·        familiar with HTML, and CSS3


·        Fluent in English
