Responsibility:
Product Discovery and Experimentation -- 50%
Develop deep knowledge and understanding of his/her product area, from competitive landscape, benchmarks, technology trends and key product metrics, to system flows and dependencies with technology portfolio at Podro
Rigorously focus on outcome-driven Product Management, identifying key customer problems and potential areas of resolution
Conducting customer interviews at international markets and executing surveys of customer input
Hypothesis analysis and experiment execution to form MVP/Es for the new product
Analyse the global trends in the industry and measure value propositions to the target market
Identify key metrics to measure success for each product launch in each market
Product vision, strategy -- 10%
Exercise the product strategy and vision for each selected market
Document the potential product launch phases and communicate to stakeholders and engineering
Product Roadmap and execution -- 20%
Provide an outcome driven roadmap for each market
Establish the backlog for each release phase
Team up with and Influence engineering and design teams in all steps of the execution from design to implementation and testing in the market
Engage the stakeholders in requirement collection and design sprints planning
SKILLS:
Entrepreneurial, hands-on, get stuff done attitude with a passion for championing the user experience
Ability to dive deep into the details, document or capture findings and simplify complexity, both written and verbal
Comfortable in operating in an ambiguous, fast-paced, performance-driven environment
Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to lead by influence across functional teams, managing dependencies and tradeoffs through collaboration
Highly analytical and detail-oriented, with critical thinking and problem solving abilities
Strong business acumen and technical understanding
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
+3 years experience developing software products and technologies, especially in B2C or B2B2C contexts
Experience leading high performing tech teams to deliver outstanding results with agile methodologies, Jira an asset Strong skills in data analysis and data processing tools
Master's degree, MBA, MSc., PhD an asset
Verbal and written communication skills in English are a must. German is an Asset
