Job Summary:
We are looking an experienced performance marketer to join our Digital Marketing team. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical thinking skills, with their primary focus being on Google Ads. The chosen candidate will be responsible for the development and execution of all performance marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute comprehensive Google Ads strategies that align with our company's goals and objectives
Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns to drive maximum ROI and meet performance targets
Conduct keyword research, ad copywriting, and ad group structuring to improve ad relevance and quality score
Continuously monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of Google Ads campaigns, making data-driven adjustments as needed
Proficiency in working with GA4 and Google Tag Manager to accurately measure, report, and optimize marketing strategies
Conduct A/B and multivariate tests to assess the effectiveness of various marketing factors and improve results based on findings
Design, execute, and manage retargeting, native and display campaigns on Google Ads and other third-party platforms
Responsible for leveraging email marketing and SMS tools to enhance user engagement and reactivate churned users

Requirements:

+3 years of hands-on experience with Google Ads, with a strong focus on performance marketing
Proven experience in managing and launching successful Google Ads campaigns
Data-driven mindset with a strong analytical aptitude
Proficiency in using Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and Looker Studio for data analysis and reporting
Exceptional analytical skills and a strong ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights
Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Experience with email marketing and SMS tools is required, as it will be essential for engaging and reactivating users, including churned users.
SQL proficiency is an advantage
