• Translate project brief into design assets and systems that meet business goals as defined by marketing managers in a timely and efficient way  
• Collaborate with the marketing teams to help make the most efficient creative decisions and process set up  
• Use your creativity and talent to make a pure design across all channels
• Design for social media, display banners, and printing material based on other departments' requests

• Working in startups and is familiar with this culture  
• Have Good experience with industry-leading software, such as Photoshop, In Design, and Illustrator  
• Good understanding of layout and color
• You’re up-to-date with the latest trends and keep exploring new things  
• Detail-oriented and self-motivated, organized, dependable, proactive nature with great communication skills
• Photo manipulation and retouch to create well images
• Familiar with printing process
