Responsibilities:

Lead the design process from concept through to execution, ensuring high-quality design output that aligns with business goals and user needs
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, engineers, and marketing to ensure cohesive and user-centric product experiences
Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and validate design decisions
Analyze user feedback and data to iterate and improve upon design solutions
Contribute to the development of the overall design strategy and vision for the product
Work closely with product managers to understand business objectives and user needs, translating them into actionable design solutions
Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project timelines
Prepare to transition into a Lead Product Designer role within a few months, taking on additional responsibilities such as defining design standards, driving design innovation, and representing the design team in leadership meetings

Qualifications:

Minimum of 5+ years of experience in product design, with a proven track record of designing successful digital products
Experience working in a senior design role, preferably in a tech or digital product company
Demonstrated experience in leading design projects from concept to completion
Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, UX/UI best practices, and responsive design
Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for aesthetics and detail
