شرح موقعیت شغلی

Job Purpose:
We are looking for a creative and motivated Junior Content Marketing Specialist to assist in developing and implementing our content marketing strategies. The ideal candidate has a passion for writing, storytelling, and digital marketing. The Junior Content Marketing Specialist will be responsible for creating engaging content for various marketing channels, assisting in the planning and execution of content marketing campaigns, and supporting other marketing initiatives.

Duties and Responsibilities:

- Assist in creating written, visual, and multimedia content for marketing channels, such as blog posts, social media posts in LinkedIn, email campaigns, infographics, videos, and more.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information and insights for content creation.
- Assist in managing and updating content calendars and editorial schedules.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of content using analytics tools.
- Contribute to brainstorming sessions for campaign ideas and creative content strategies.
- Assist in proofreading and editing content to ensure quality and brand consistency.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Previous internship or entry-level experience in content marketing or digital marketing is preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (further languages would be a plus point)
- Familiarity with social media platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter,..).
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing principles and content marketing strategies.
- Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and passionate about marketing and storytelling.
- Conduct thorough industry research to identify and analyze market trends, emerging technologies, and customer preferences.
- Present findings and research reports to internal stakeholders, providing clear and concise summaries of key trends and recommendations.
- B2B (Rail Industry) experience would be a plus point.
